I got a strange email today. I know that it is spam. Has the UK NHS been hacked?

DONATION/csv=I Ms Bolten donates 10,000,000= to you, Contact Attr. Gates,for claims via this email;= bar.gates@yandex.com

They're probably using the NHS as a scam name. I got a quite convincing-looking email from HM Customs and Revenue once that fooled half the department xD .
