WTB Mech KB with this layout ...

Well I've been surviving for years now on cheap keyboards that have the Del, End and Pg Dwn keys directly above the arrow keys for gaming. Pic attached.

I cannot and never will get used to using WASD to game with, anyone know of a Mech model for sale, with the layout as above ideally in the UK?

Tough luck. You could either build a Phantom with the keys like this:
But I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner.
Or perhaps get a CM Storm Quickfire TK, that also has an arrow cluster with various keys directly adjacent to it.

That is probably your best bet as far as a "standard" (not DIY) keyboard goes. Your layout preference is rather exotic
