Very nice, cool pictures! Cool rainbow plate too, must've been popular back in the day! Are these the early Key Tronic mount ones then? Or are they actually Key Tronic foam and foil?

I don't think BTC or any manufacturer constructed their plates "for the looks" back in the day! Function keys on the left yet not XT layout. Very nice.

I meant heat-treating them... but I could've understood it if they did it for the looks alone xD .
As for the layout, it's a standard AT layout

. Right down to the Esc key in the numpad!

The top of the switch housing is embossed with BTC, so I'm pretty sure they are not actually Key Tronic, but yes the BTC mounts are compatible with Key Tronic. I tried some Key Tronic caps on the BTC. The BTC caps are easier to remove than the Key Tronic caps. Funny that Key Tronic often has a blue tint to its sliders. Kind of red vs blue thing going on here.

BTC pink slider!? It's a wired one. How many colors of this BTC foam and foil made?
