Today I got my Qtronix QX-032.

Here are some pictures.
I must say that the switches are pretty much crap.
The click is ok, like a Cherry MX blue switch, but I broke two switches current keycap removing. The plastic of the switches is really cheap and break easy, also the switches are glued together (or in the switchplate).

Is that one switch with black and white slider any different from others?

Its just black dirt (or silicone), the slider is also white.

Great share. Thanks for the photo of taking out all the keycap. That's what I always want to see.

I have made an photo shoot as well on this. But on a version without those special caps and sticker of yours.
Please take more if you can. I myself soldered MX clears on my board. And I agree with you on the quality on the switches, broke one when changing to clears.
