I have one of those. It's the low end board they bundled with the Mac Classic etc. in the early 90s: the Apple Keyboard II. Not a mech. And not a particularly great dome either.
Mine came free with a broken SE/30 I got via Freecycle, years ago. That Mac was seriously expensive back in the day, and likely came with an Apple Extended Keyboard I or II. No such luck! But I did get the original ring-bound manual with it, which is a great time capsule full of fancy photography.
