Cool, the round keys on a matrix look very nice. Especially with the black/black theme.

Sorry New here cheers, they are black switches and I love the black switches over brown
s for some reason I like to feel the weight of the keys if you know what I mean. I still need to chrome the underside and clear the tops as these are laser cut from wood from eBay seller which a're a cheaper option to datamancer keys but of course not as nice

Yeah blacks are great. I am selling some vintage blacks with diodes if you are interested. If I ever chose linear, it would be blacks. Even buckling spring is scratchy unfortunately. And after some key presses, there is a weird bzz or brmm after the press. It is driving me crazy.

Ooo very nice, are those the Datamancer keys?
That's a pretty impresive looking board sneaking in frame at the top of the picture as well, it might interest
the Tiproman
. Got any more pictures?
Oh, and welcome

Wooden keys glued onto keystems I cut using a dremel just left the flat on top so they could have plenty of support . Not the cleanest job but it worked a charm they can easy be removed without damage to the wood or stem

That just made this about a hundred times more impressive!
Really good job!

Craps lol I have ordered the datamancer glass and holder to see how they would turn out also relegendable keys on a Tipro is important also

It looks excellent! What is it like to actually type on something like this, though? Is it practical as a working KB?

It's not too bad , using the black swiitches its a little stiffer to Type but it's like an actual typewriter. Layout may take some getting used to but the 4 layer programmable switches are handy . I would say it's a practical keyboard also being compact , that's a bonus.
