It was a good set, but I thought they would have looked better with the legends in the upper left instead of centered. Even so, they don't make them like Cherry did.

No sense in creating another thread on the Dolch boards so here are mine!
In the process of creating ps2 converters for both boards, just not a priority

Thx
The trackpoint works pretty well, just the placement is a little weird.

Screw making adapters. I just hard-converted mine. 4 wires to solder, done!

The dark keys on the Dolch look like a dark gray (not black like cherry corp. black double shots). Would you agree?

Agreed, the darker keys match the overall casing very well.

Prior to the Cherry made keyboards, they used a Taiwanese OEM who made a keyboard with plate-mounted Blue Cherry switches, and with an AT-style layout. Can't remember specifics, but someone had pics on Geekhack.

Did Cherry OEM the keycaps? The font and other factors look identical.

Yes. The keyboard is a Cherry OEM too, just in a special case.

Oh, what an old thread.
Could you tell me the model number for the Dolch that comes with a trackpoint, so that I can add it to the Wiki?

There are vintage Toshiba laptops with white ALPS and a similar colour scheme.

Sure, it came with a Dolch Pac 65. Although I think these are a bit harder to find as I've seen more 65s come without the track point or scissor switch type boards.

It's been awhile and I still haven't started on the converter for the dolch with the pointer. However, I've made this diagram for the few who have contacted me via PM in regards to the pinout for the dolch boards without the pointer.
Enjoy!
Hopefully this helps!
