A week ago or more I ordered a set of round 5 leftovers. I paid an extra $3 for tracking after I paid the amount emailed me to me by the bot, via google wallet.

I messaged the bot WASSUP last week on Thursday or Friday and gave it the weekend, but haven't heard anything.

Anyone know how I can get a status update?

I sent a message with SHIPTRACKED and SHIPINSURED, but the email is still saying uninsured and untracked. Is that accurate?

I must look into th]is tomorrow. Maybe it is becuase currently you can only order tracking for HONEY-orders, not HONEYB. I will change thins later. If you want tracking for your HONEYB order, you must order it later.


BTW:
Because I lost 2 big packages to China, I will not anymore ship international orders insured, but only in up to 1kg packages (with optional tracking), so the risk of lost items is scaled down a bit. Also, filling in customs declarations is no fun. For those up to 1kg packages, I can use a little sticker.

In my case it didn't, i just kept sending private message to 7bot with Subject: WASSUP , and Content: WASSUP, and today I got invoice that my order is shipped.

7bot may be a bot, but he's not completely automated. He seems to require a lot of human intervention to "work".
