It takes some time until the key caps got ordered and production will take some additional time.
You can put some money for key caps on Santa's wish list.

Is the bottom row (ctrl,alt,win) row 4? Also is there a kit to swap ctrl and caps?
EDIT:Is a dvorak kit also available?

Yes, the bottom row is row 4.
function row and number row are row 1.
QWERTY is row 2
ASDFGH is row 3 and
ZXCXCBVB and bottom row are row 4.
DVORAK is available.
The STANDARD and TERMINAL kit come with Control and Caps Lock keys.

But TKL doesn't come with swap/spare caps ctrl?
EDIT: Think I have it now. Tenkeyless does come with the extras right?

ROUND3/SPACE/GREY was not wrong, but 5 bytes are 5 bytes!

Background color for Round 3 is the same as for DARK: GX Very Dark Gray.

Try:
DARK/TENKLESS
DARK/DVORAK
but I added the 'short cut' with BLACK now, so your original order should go through as well.
I didn't even know there was a first one in the TENKLESS kit!

I can add an FN (or Fn) key to the modifier kit.
