Japanese/ANSI hybrid layout, small
right Shift. Didn't find anything on the board in my short Google search.

IBM Model F, also another one by the same seller together with a IBM 5160 XT Personal Computer + IBM 5153 Color Display by the same seller.
EDIT: Thanks for the correction µ

Small right shift you mean. And in fact standard JIS in that case:
Thanks for reminding me to check it out, this explains the two barrels under right shift on IBM Model Ms…

That's what this thread is for, right?
I've contributed just a handful myself. The star of which became Halvar's SSK!

I didn't know lasered keys existed in this layout with 1.5 modifiers:

With a € sign, too, so it has probably been built after the year 2000. And isn't that a rubberdome?
Edit: G81, not a rubberdome

It's a G81.
They still made winkeyless G81-3000s and G81-1800s until at least a short while ago. Chances are they still do now.
I have one made in 2008. Thin, crappy PBT keycaps.

And a spiral XT cable... Very strange.

I have a G81-3000 MY winkeyless with 1.5modifiers (azerty fr) but with a ps/2 connector
A pic of the caps (thin pbt lasered), sorry potato pic :

Yes, I saw they are thin PBT keys but it really surprised me the layout and the cable.
By the way I found this one but I think it's best to share with you than keep it in secret:

Not sure on the keycap mount, but it looks like a mix-and-match job with slider extensions on top of regular Futaba switches.

I'm pretty sure they are not, the lettering is most likely engraved and infilled, for the home keys are nubbed not sculputered. But more important, VIGkeys is a company doing that to cherry keyboards, seen G80, 81 and some G84, I linked one in this thread some time ago. keyboardco sells them too btw:
