That would be 45$ for one keyboard, quite pricy.
That's usually about the price I see on eBay, I was thinking that an offer of cheaper might be good, but maybe not.

I take the one Model F on the top right

That may not be a Model F. I've had some Model Ms that have the same feet as the 122 key Model Fs. The only way to know for sure is to pull a key cap and look for the metal plate, though a photo of the label often works well.

Alps inflation is real. As a seller, I'm loving it.

As someone who's poor and has no e-cycler connects, I'm hating it.
Haha, well... I don't usually make my acquisitions through eBay anyway, but still.
I WISH I had some spare Alps boards I DIDN'T care for to sell.

That's either the third or fourth time that's popped up now. The guy's been chain relisting it for several months now, at least. I'm surprised he hasn't taken the hint that he's asking way too much for a keyboard that's missing keycaps and could very well be buggered beyond repair. Maybe someday...

On the subject of which, here's such a keyboard:

For the finds:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Key-Tronic-Keybo ... 1924981554
One of those weird editing keyboards. Foam and foil?
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/vintage-computer ... 1064696190
Fujitsu with a big ol' spacebar and funky keycaps.
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/IBM-3197-color-M ... 1872277536
And something that
isn't a keyboard, an IBM 3197 monitor, located in Canada.

I have an alps board I could sell you. Apple with cream alps I believe.

If there are any extra F122's, I would love one. I can't get enough of the only one I have

Haha, no, no. Thank you though.
My comment was just in response to mark mentioning that the price inflation on Alps boards at the moment is a good thing for resellers.
I just meant that I wish I had a bunch of spare Alps boards I didn't want so that I could sell the, but I very much want all those that I own, as I sought them out deliberately, hehe.
No e-cycler connections here.

I believe this was a joke, and there are only 122-key Model Ms in the auction, correct?

Yep

But as XMIT pointed out, it could be just a normal M...

Here's something interesting - Cherry G81 (MY switches but MX-compatible keycaps) with Arabic legends. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cherry-G81-30 ... SwLN5WlWgJ. If this were USB, I'd be jumping right on it, but alas.

Oh wow! Lasered keycaps, not a nice colour, thin PBT but those Arabic legends are intriguing! Paging photekq...

These extra legends are printed, not lasered!
I've got no money, so someone else should take it and write a wiki article!
Also: This is a collectible item, never meant for use!

It should, the one that Redmaus and I found in Dallas did. I really need to re-inventory. what I've got...

Done! For $99 plus shipping, I couldn't let that IBM 5120 (aka 5110-3) go. Enicoder, what happened? I was expecting you to bid?
That case looks messy but that will clean right up and the original owner has it on the "display registers" screen. A flip of one of the front switches and it's likely in great working condition. In addition, the plastic used on those old IBM cases is bullet-proof and has a textured finish so and takes abuse like I've never seen on any other computer (besides the 5100). I am very happy to have this and with relatively cheap shipping for the weight as well!
Now, if I could only get someone to reproduce that one key. I have one on my other 5120 if it can be reproduced.

Thank you. I'm still kinda shocked no one else bid but it was in the wrong category and, I think, why no one in the vintage computer community saw it. I will certainly do a write up. It does take a little while to clean up though (the internal foam they used turn to tar after many years of heat. It's a labour of love for me.

"Economy Shipping"
How is 77$ economic? I live in texas and I know it doesn't cost that much to ship from Virginia.
Is the seller just trying to get extra? Or does it not work that way?

Looks like someone still thinks the old eBay rules are valid. In the past the final value fee was only assessed on the item sale price and not shipping. So it was common for items to be buy it now for 99 cents with $100 shipping.
Thanks to those jerks (a) the final value fee is now 10% and (b) it is applied to item cost plus shipping. Argh!

Damn, people are actually bidding on that. I should sell some $80 + $1 shipping. I've always thought XT boards were near worthless, the last one I sold on ebay only went for $40 + shipping.
