And why would they have their damn business card blocking our view of the label? ... but yeah, definitely not a Model M.

AT&T branded Keytronic rubber dome (specifically model E03600QL). Looking up the UL number also confirms.

Right, it's "worth it" if it is so to you and your wallet can take it. With older keyboards lucky bargains do happen to me on occasion. This NTC KB-6151 I'm typing on now cost me one Euro, but it looked like shit in the auction. A few keyboards I own I spent 150+ Euros on. It's all relative.

Never in America. Never.
Yeah, blue alps plus the odd quirk of having caps that look like they belong to a Cherry board is what I think made people go apeshit over that one.

I mean, you do live in Queensland. Isn't that generally true?

Desert eBay isn't up to much. But every eBay outside of the US is a bit of a desert in its own right.
And remember that you guys aren't bent over and given a good thrashing by customs when you do import from abroad. In Europe, they get started at anything worth $20. Generous buggers.

Yup, and rolling in the fees big time is what their job is, pay up or get in trouble:

This layout made me spasm for a moment. What in hell's name is a big ass enter doing on a board with WIndows keys and the extra random clusters? And the colors?
Waaaaaaaaay overpriced -- it's a later version of the Omnikey (after they were bought out) with simplified switches, etc.

I kind of like it... kind of
That big ass Enter + win keys remind me of SteelSeries keyboards

I would buy it if it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Just for how unique it is.

Honestly I think it is a really nice layout. I like the colors too.

Yeah, I've been seeing that Omnikey around for a long time, or others like it anyway. Very interesting board. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but then the looks of the Omnikey never really appealed to me. It looks cheaper than the Northgate models; it looks a bit icky to me.

Is that a Cherry based keyboard on that laptop? Do you know what switches it uses?
