Looks like some cool cherry caps. Incompatible enter keys and whatnot, but still fun.

I'll be bidding on that Blue ALPS board. I want to try a trackball. It's going to get ugly, so wish me luck.
I think for once we should all just bid now and drive up the price so we don't have to suffer 6 days of false hope :).

Well, it's past 100 with shipping. I'm out. I expect it'll go for $200+.

If any of you are bidding, good luck.

It will go high for sure. Brand new blue Alps and some really nice doubleshots. Yikes.

Oh yeah, I hate when a board stays at like $10 for a week and then goes up to $150 + in the last five minutes.

Someone put in a $1,000,000 bid and commit financial sudoku to see how high people are willing to bid for this. :P

No, don't do that, seriously. I saw someone put a $50,000 bid on some trinket on eBay once, obviously done as a troll or joke move, but yeeeeah...

If all I had to do with my finances was Sudoku... I'd have that keyboard.

Worst case scenario: you get a non-paying bidder strike on your account. Who's feeling anarchistic today?

Looks like the Bulgarians did black before black was cool. :P If I had as much disposable income as some of the crazy collectors, I'd take risks on things like this, because it looks amazing, haha. But alas, I have relegated myself to Alps for now.

 That is gorgeous. Interface doesn't look very conversion-friendly, but hot damn. That is a looker of an old keyboard if I've ever seen one.

Most likely reed switches, almost every Soviet era keyboard I've seen has been.

I lost it at the guy using the keyboard as a riot shield

Gotta love how over-the-top Chinese advertising is. I was questioning what makes it a "great/interesting find" until I got to the product description. If that doesn't make it a great find, especially the aforementioned keyboard-as-riot-shield bit, I dunno what would.

The keyboard seems too thin to have switches (see the images from the back). It looks more like rubber dome. But it may have alps/cherry compatible keycaps

Screws on the back is a classic sign of rubber dome.

It went for 37,11€. I did not bid. Not sure how to feel, did I miss a really good price?

Because it sure seems like a decent price, considering what even the simple Model M's go for these days.

I put my high bid on 35€ and forget about the auction :o. Shipping should be more than 20€, but still a good price.

I've found this looking for a BIG keyboard...

I also did not bid, I wait for model f at. I think that was a good price, I have seen the last months some model f XTs gone for less, but always about 30€. The last XT I had bid on was a special one with a bigger case that was sold on ebay 1-2 months ago (I think for 32€).

Oh, sorry! And I would've paid only 8€ in shipping to make it an even better deal.

But then again, we really don't know how much the highest bidder was ready to pay. I had a hunch to bid at least 50, considering that a Model F is a really nice keyboard. Maybe then he would've bid 51 in the last millisecond.

That layout is of course not much fun for me, so maybe it's good that I didn't try. Best to just keep waiting for the FSSK
