I'd like to do a GMK PBT DSA set if they can dye sub (which I doubt), but I don't know if the vendors from US are willing to pay import taxes and shipping from EU.

Like we do every single time?

Yea, I doubt that they would be happy with international shipping fees and 20% VAT.
PS: I'm patient, all I ask for is not to be last.

I was talking about "vendors" not common user. The vendors from US helped alot to reach hi-tiers on DSA Retro.

How many US vendors take items from DE, Korea, China?

Maybe Korea and China. From EU I dunno, maybe 7bit knows.
Now that I think of it, there's an US vendor who made quite an order from GMK. But that's not the point, I'm just wondering if we could meet the GMK MOQ handling this from EU (Italy actually). I totally have no clue having no experience in that regard. Mine is a honest question, no need to be sarcastic

This was discussed in the interest check for Ivans GMK GB.
If a consumer (i.e. not a company) in the EU, regardless of being in Germany or Italy, orders something from GMK, GMK will have to pay full VAT for all of the items. So if the GB organizer lives in the EU and is not a company, the whole GB will have to be charged for this VAT that GMK paid, even people from outside the EU.
It would be different if the GB organizer was a company. In that case, GMK would not pay any VAT, but the GB organizer company would have to pay VAT for all the EU buyer's goods, and prove to the Zollamt or Finanzamt (tax office) that everything else was in fact exported to outside the EU, which as I understand can involve quite some red tape.
If the buyer/ GB organizer is in the US, like Ivan, this red tape has to be done by GMK. The buyer in the US might have to pay income taxes and VAT, which as I understood depends on where in the US she lives and what goods they are. She then sends all the US and international stuff to US and international people, who pay their taxes according to local regulation (in most cases US residents don't pay anything AFAIU). She also sends the EU stuff to the EU -- for example in Germany, taxes are waived for orders under 30 €, and above 30 € it seems to depend on how content the Zollbeamter is with his love life on that day. Unfortunately, the love live of most Zollbeamte ... well you get the idea. But there's a chance at least.

thanks for the reply, Halvar. That makes sense.
I could handle that from my company, so no problems with paypal payments but there would be a lot of added cost to cover taxes/expenses. I have to triple think about it. Anyway I could start asking for a quote from GMK.

My set arrived this morning and they've been installed as I type - gonna take some getting used to the profile but they look fantastic. Thanks for the organizing this GB.
I have a couple of niggles though - the Enter and the " are in contact with each other and stick when I press either. Same problem with the left Shift key and my case - a Filco TKL. Looks like I'll have to get a file out and start filing some of the edges off. The tolerances being so tight.

This is great news! You are probably the first one in EU to get them! We want pictures or it never happened

Please double check the caps you received. You should have a kit called "Errata" with a rectified version of the incriminated keys.
To make a long story short, SP produced some caps with wrong measures in the fist place and we had them rebuilt. So you get 2 versions of some keycaps.
Advise if you didn't receive the "Errata" kit, I'll have Ron send it to you.

Haha! I found them and they have indeed resolved both issues. Excellent job. Again thank you for the GB. Forgive the camera work. I'm no David Bailey.
