the account db was compromised. we did not migrate passwords over. everyone will have to reset their passwords once we get the httpd stable

If possible, a newsletter to everyone with an account at GH, (Obviously 1 time only) would be cool to announce the site redesign and that it's back up. That should do the trick in keeping people from disappearing due to the reboot.
