I ain't bidding. I don't want an F122 (too big, I'd never use it). And apparently you don't either, with these tactics!

I already have an F122. :-)

These days - since I have enough stuff - I announce eBay auctions here and just use a sniping service with a fixed price. If someone else wants it fine. If not I'd rather keep it in the community.

That is, unless it's something I really want. In that case, may the odds be ever in your favor.

The only times I hoard multiple boards of the same model are when they're a classic that I love to use (the SSK) or when I'm looking for parts or a backup when planning a nasty mod!

Well, sometimes I keep a small inventory to proxy to you nice folks overseas as part of Keypocalypse orders. That's how andrewjoy got his F122, and how GuilleAcoustic got his M0110. :-)

Pre-emptive multi-boarding, eh? That's a risky strategy. Well, if it does you good. Otherwise you'll need another garage… nowhere to put the car any more.

Obviously Andrew busted his bed by staking too many heavy keyboards on top. :P

Send him a message, he should accommodate you from what i know (he's the biggest seller of korean monitors on ebay). You can also look if others have the same promotion.

Probably because of taxes... :?

Did you get your monitors from the same seller?

Love that definition of worldwide. Yeah, everywhere on the planet, except for the following 90% of it…

I got mine from dream-seller and accesorieswhole.

We're excluded doubly: seller doesn't ship to "Europe" and doesn't ship to "US Protectorates".

That rules out South Korea too!

I was just about to press BIN, but then I realised I had no money..

Such a beautiful board. Nicer than a 3278 I think.

The caps are nice. But DisplayWriters are literally the fattest keyboards I have ever seen. They make a chubby 3278 look slender. And a Model F like a bulimic supermodel…

Image

That extra case height above the top row is what ruins it. Empty space, wrapped in obese chassis.

Heh. I just so happen to have a Displaywriter beam spring and the Texas Instruments 914 board next to each other on a shelf. The 914 is taller by about 15mm.
