Really kicking myself for not getting an HHKB kit.I've tried to put together a base kit set from the leftovers, but just can't make it work.
If anyone is looking to get rid of theirs. Either the
full set, or just the
Base Kit, please let me know.

Hmmm, I see people are still ordering.
Maybe it's time for "WHERE ARE MY KEYCAPS, DID YOU RECEIVE THEM YET?"

Oh, those look nice... I just might pick one up
This is the layout I assembled from the leftovers; I think it turned out pretty well.
As a sidenote, since I've never done this before, is the 7bot supposed to respond with some sort of confirmation?

He will eventually, if you need to request an invoice by sending him random messages. I personally send the bot love letters so i get my caps first.

Hi guys,
I've never done anything like this before but I'm very keen to put something together out of leftovers.
Before I go any further I need to know, how is international shipping handled? I live in South Africa so I imagine that it would add quite a lot onto the final price.
If someone can give me a vague figure for shipping it would be most appreciated. Maybe someone who has ordered is in a similar situation to me. The set I'm looking at is exactly the same as docwlad's above.

You're in luck. I believe the standard shipping is flat rate, worldwide. 7 Euros!

Wait, what! Why haven't I came up with that idea before! Darn!

Yes, but it's not a big deal anymore, now that we have world peace, hover boards and 3D films... wait.

Shipping uninsured, without tracking is only $7.
Tracking adds $3 per 1kg package.
Insured shipping to South Africa adds $69 for however many key caps you order.

Oh bloody hell. At least we agree on homosexual marriage now in 2014. Oh wait.
(Do I just send a PM to 7bot to get the status of my order? Sorry that this must be the 500th time someone has asked this, it's just not very intuitive

)

YOUSHOULDHAVEYOUROWNWIKIPAGEANDHELPCOMMAND

Your next post will be "didn't work" and the answer to that will be "the bot only runs whenever 7bit kicks it"

by hydrospell
i.e. as long as i have sent it the next time he runs the damn bot i will receive a status is that correct?

Someone should give that bot a kick! I am waiting for an invoice so I see my new rank.

7bit beats 7bot mercilessly usually on a daily basis, to stop him from taking over the world. Occasionally 7bit needs to give 7bot an extended break, to ensure 7bot does not break down, but is kept in a perpetual state of biomechanical and artificial intelligence agony.
Usually 7bot is beat a couple times a day, and spits out invoices, but sometimes it takes a day or 2 for 7bit to get back to it.

remember when 7bit and 7bot were both unheard of for like ~7 days and the conspiracy theory machine got fired up.

Huh. Seems to have been a mobile problem. Not sure if website or mobile Chrome.
Regardless...those are awesome. Joined for a few colors. The shipping is *insane* though, with no option to choose any other service.

Don't worry, the shipping is charged ONCE for the entire order. NOT for each item. But SP is too damn stupid to figure out how to make its store say that. They expect you to read the small print instead.
Even Webwit was put off by that. I must nag him now it's "fixed".

You can order from leftovers as listed on the wiki page...
