As a newbie to the mech keyboard scene, this is my first keycap set as part of a group buy; apologies if this is a facepalm question.
I see on the wiki that there are quite a few deadline dates and first posts in this thread are from October last year.
When, after placing an order, should someone expect to see a set of caps in their mailbox?

They're not in production yet, so a wee while off! I'd guess a few months.

You've found the most complex possible GB to get started in this late. Good luck!

Tell me about it :D

Spent a solid few hours last week making sure that the sets I was getting were going to cover my whole board.
It was leftovers so I didn't get the absolute best options but I managed to put together a nice black and red set for my Minila Air.

The good news is there will be lots of trades once we get our caps. I bought more than I really need (all the colours!) and I'm not alone. But my bot isn't as organised as 7bit's! Besides, I'll want to try them on my boards first.

I had the same problem, with the leftovers bit, and ended up going black and white, after a couple days of trying to figure it out well enough to get as far as ordering. But spherical caps, in easy to work with colors...it's just hard to pass up. I even played with my old typewriter some, before finally deciding to dive in :oops:.

I got the info that preparation takes 2 weeks and production takes another 4-5 weeks. If they really start next week, then it will be end of July or early August when the key caps are here.
