The sound of this keyboard really is amazing, I think it's because of the roomy case. It's also really solid and quite heavy for such a small board, the lock switch under Caps Lock is amazing as well. I didn't manage to take proper pictures of mine as light was already fading.

Here's my Apple M0110 with cream Alps vintage tee switches.

I wouldn't compare it to Topre, let's put it that way!

I agree. The typing sound is quite amazing which must be a combination of the caps on the vintage Alps in this crazy wonderful small sturdy case. I`ll correct myself Mu, this is the ancient ÜBER topre in terms of "Thock" feedback! Of course Topre keyboards and switches for some reason enjoy some kind of special status which I defy, especially now that I am a HHKB owner! Topre switches are nice, but nothing amazing to me, YET!. :evilgeek:

yes it is guk, it got here today! It was quite filthy. Overall it´s in better shape than my other silver label. There are about 5 bolts off. I should do a screw mod really. Thank you idollar, guk and snoopy for letting me have this one!

Are you thinking of Photekq's higscreen box? That sure looked like it had been abused in similar ways.

Oh nvm, totally failed to notice it in the first pic.

Yup it's cookies HHKB! While those NMB improv caps from guk look great they're not practical in terms of daily usage as they rattle too much and the whole Topre experience is not right. This is it. These were worth importing from Japan and that Smart Imports dealer is ok. They gave me feedback on the shipping etc very professional and the packaging was really good.

Official name: Realforce 87UD55 10th
Model: YF1200
Distributor: Leopold
all 55g
Included: DIP switches + extra CTRL and CAPS Lock + red ESC

Basically, same as RF 87UW55 just the 10 anniversary coloring. I usually prefer white but this one just looks awesome :!:
