Was up very early today thanks to the little boy we have, and thought i have to make some 'flavour' shots

Fantastic!
How did you get that blur? Looks like it's a combination of slow shutter (finger movement) and wide aperture (bokeh all over the place). A lucky shot on a tripod in low light?

Yes, a wide aperture with f/2.8 and 1 sec. shutter time! The monitor is the only lightning, just to have the fantastic Realforce keyboard illuminated! I would never work like that, in the complete darkness, it's feels bad for my eyes.

Great pic, madhias! Even my wife who is uninterested in keyboards looked over and said "cool"

If your wife 002 says this, then it is an honor! I remember my wife looked instantly on my screen when the violet / purple Kishsaver from i think Captain Badass was posted, but said to me that i should not buy or build a keyboard like this!

Here's another picture of my night photo session i made recently, at around 5 AM in the morning. I love that keyboard that much that it is now my main driver at home (and the SSK is temporarily abandoned). Also it is a little bit better to be more quiet at home than to click and clack too loud!

I like it. It has that early morning feel to it.

You have always those lovely shots with just the light of the screen or very low-light pictures!
That early morning feel is probably also the cup of hot tea on the left

Well, I'm a bit of a vampire - I don't like bright lights indoors. I use Christmas lights in my living room year round with some 1960's lava lamps and I always eat candle-light dinners. If anybody turns on the overhead lights, I hiss and shriek, then scurry into darkness.

Know how that feels. I wear dark glasses much more often than is befitting a Scotsman. My photography, meanwhile, is limited to the scarce natural light around here, as my camera's ancient (only any good at ISO 400 and below) and I'm too lazy to whip out the tripod that time of day!

You'd never catch me in socks like that! The rest, well, perhaps…

If I wore a skirt like that around here, they'd run me out of town like a common pygmy.

I knew you would be a "hardcore" Scottsman! Old school right down to the socks.

Great pictures! The aluminum seems to be high quality. Did you get up this early, or did you come home, drunken from partying?

I cannot imagine he took those great shots
after partying.

I've had trouble sleeping recently due to illness. Taking photos helps me calm down a bit.
I'm not old enough to party, and even if I were I doubt I'd do much of it

Beautiful. I'm an IBM guy but I have a soft spot for Chicony and keyboards with roller balls built in.
