Datacomp DFK102DK A04, ISO-DK.
The Good: ~100 Alps SKCM Blues in good condition
The Bad: The case is somewhat yellowed and some of the keycap legends have worn off
The Ugly: It's still untested (I actually don't know what kind of adapter/converter I would need for it)

Any thoughts on the worth of a Topre 103UB?
Exact Model:

In great condition and minimal usage. I have an MX Brown Das Keyboard for my gaming rig and I ordered a Poker 3 with Clears to take with me when I travel so I don't currently have a use for it

Why is it so cheap? Is it included caps?
Same this:

Yes, mine and scottc's posts are not entirely serious. It's worth considerably more.

Hi! My friend has recently asked me if I want some IBM Model M keyboards (5 units iirc), they are disassembled, some cases are bent, some of keyboards have missing keycaps. I don't have any photos rn, he sent me it few days ago and I'm still waiting for the package. He says that they work but I can't say anything yet. I just wanted to ask how much could be worth just a box of 5 somewhat incomplete keyboards for now. I'll write more when package will be delivered, maybe at least one is complete and can be assembled back.

I'd say probably $120-150 ish if you sold them straight on. But If you can get them all working then it could be more like $200-300 (Maybe even more). It really depends on the year and overall condition.
I'm not an expert on all the slightly different Model M variations though, so I might be getting my prices wrong

Sounds good tho. I've received the package, gonna see what's exactly inside in some free time and put the info/photos here.

Ok I decided to do it now. So, all the keyboards have exactly the same part number (different on cases and different on backplate) but different years of production. Two of them have all the keycaps and all switches seem to be working. As all of them have AT interface I can't check if they work (or can I? Is there any possibility to plug it in to present computer?). There are no screws and as I mentioned cases are bent, it seems that there's only one not that terrible standing. But it seems that every keyboard has its own electronics and it can be put back together. (EDIT: actually 4 of 5 has its own electronics and tapes)
So well, words are words but it needs to be showed

so here you are (idk why img code didn't work so there are links)
Every keyboards has the same part number but different date of production:
But different number on their cases (there's only one photo here since they're all the same and dates are also the same, I mean the same as on previous photos)
AT interface
Two complete keyboards
And three incomplete
Bent top cases
And overall look
So?

What can I do with these ones?

They look in nice condition apart from the top cases... hardly even yellowed.
That connection is SDL, so you should be able to get an SDL to PS/2 cable and they would work just fine

Gonna find out if I can buy it somewhere in my country. Well, any approximate prices for them? Assuming they work.

Honestly probably £50 each if you ebay them and can guarantee they're all fully working (Going by UK prices)

But you mean £50 for the complete ones?

I have two old but insignificant boards with vintage MX blue switches and one or two with vintage MX blacks. Everything else about them is dirty and smelly.
Now, I'm not sure how to best go about selling them and what to ask for them. I'm not into desoldering etc. so would like to sell the complete boards as they are, could maybe sell just the plate / PCB if that's preferred.
Thanks!

Are the keycaps doubleshot and/or ANSI? That could alter their value somewhat. Model numbers and/or photos would be helpful.

What's it worth? My guess is roughly nothing. Oh, it's non-functional btw.

If you pulled the keyboard out of it, somebody might pay $30 for it as a fun conversion project. I think it has been done before.

What is the procedure for trading/selling on geekhack? I couldn't find a guide.
