And thanks for letting me know! :D
Yeah I believe the caps will be the thing people wants. But I will keep at least one in mint.

I've got the keyboards today. And they look and feels nice! The Caps from the first is sitting on my FaceU replica with MX clear.

A good buy.
Now I just need to sell off the ones I don't want. Keeping 3 of them. One for caps and parts. Second in Mint. And the third I dont know what to do with yet. Soarers maybe.
My son was excited aswell(problaby because of the big box, not the keyboards):

Still nice keyboards. What kind of switch does it have? Are they like Keytronic?

In for one, BTW. Maybe someone can proxy in Germany.

This is a BTC BTC-5060AT:

http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=62760.0

That one has Key Tronic–mount sliders and what appear to be actual Key Tronic caps (same typeface), which was really unexpected.

What model are the ones in this topic? i.e. did BTC change sliders and keycaps within the production run of the BTC-5060AT?

I'm not 100% sure i'm saying right here but I think its cherry because the profile is lower than those who was on a TTesport MEKA. Can you clarify the difference between them so i'm not saying anything stupid here...

What I mean is saving shipping costs by shipping to one German who can forward them for only 7 EUR per package.
;-)

I take one. How much is it?
:-)

Wanna buy from me? Or the original seller? I'm thinking of taking 200SEK(~€20) with shipping within sweden. But to germany I have to check the cost.
Otherwise you have the seller here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/221538268614?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT
He has 6 keyboards left. And shipping outside UK. If you want more then one contact him. He have some deals on many keyboards.

Tha!t layeoutn iTs ilnsane!

What model is yours?

It's interesting that the design seems to be identical — seemingly the same keycap vendor, same switches, everything — just that the keycap mount changed. Except that yours are apparently not double-shot. Dye sub, maybe? It's interesting that the bad kerning and character straightness matches the double-shot version, too — that takes effort.

Two switches underneath Big Ass Enter, eh? What happens when you press one at a time, do they both show up? (Especially interested is Soarer's Converter can see the difference between them.) Can you pop ANSI caps on this thing instead?

It is a BTC-5060 with swedish layout.

The others i'm not sure. But I believe its dye subs aswell. Cant feel any texture from the lettering. And they are really strong in the colour. I really like these keys on my board.

Muirium the switch position for \| seems to be "dead", used only as stabiliser. You will notice it stays low/depressed with no cap on (probably no guts). Beltet should be able to confirm!

Yeah it is, I saw them aswell and was suprised, so I pushed the upper one and that dosen't have any feedback. So its seems no foam at all under that switch. But I will open it up eventually and have a look.

Confirmed!

EDIT: Need sleep, going to update more later. Thx for the interest.

Pity, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's sense pads on the PCB which will respond if there's a real switch on them. If I weren't already weighing up three more keyboards from Cindy I'd be on this one just to investigate!

Odd. That implies that yours is XT then, not AT … I was hoping to get chip dates off the other guy's keyboard at GH but he's not being particularly co-operative. With the chip dates from yours too, it would be possible to start to build a picture of how the two designs relate to each other. I mean, since there are double-shots involved, there would have had to be retooling, and why would you do that?
beltet wrote: And soem of the caps are doubleshots, many of the dark grey ones, but not all.
Weird, I would have thought all the grey ones would be double-shot. My Monterey K102 has double-shot keycaps for universal positions, and dye-sub for all the UK-specific legends. I presume the quantities made for each country in Europe were not sufficient to justify making more moulds.

Part of what made me doubt pad printing is that your legends aren't glossy, and old-school thick pad-printed legends are raised and shiny. Yours seem to be flat and matte.

Just a little update. I have now put up the keyboards for sale on the swedish forum 6h ago. And i think I have sold all 7 I had for sale. And 2 in line if these 7 dont pay until monday.
And I will make a new picture thread on the whole keyboard later when I have fixed my light at home so I can take picture with a better camera.

I dont think I have one left... I know on monday. And the price was 200SEK shipped within sweden.
I have contacted the seller again and see if he would like to sell me the remaining and what deal he could give me.
If I decide to buy the remaining I can hold one for you 7bit. Otherwise I have a 3 myself and could possible spare one for you if you really interested in this.

EDIT: Sry, for you it would be... lets say €10 + shipping. A little cheaper then the others(what I paid). Just because you organise nice GB's :D
