Nah, it was my first time hooking up a Teensy with Soarers adapter a couple of months ago, read the AT diagram the other way around (oops). But no worries, it's in save hands with Soarer now who fixed it with his magical touch

Independently of the shipping cost China-EU, we should have into account which country has the cheapest international shipping. Not sure, but I guess shipping stuff from Germany to the rest of the EU it's the cheapest option. I've always found quite asymmetric the cost of shipping from and to Germany.

Well that's as expensive as I thought it would be if shipping is shared equally that would be about €20pp to get it to the proxy, plus the shipping costs to us.
Wouldn't it be cheaper for some items to ship them separately? Just asking because I wouldn't wanna pay €30-€35 in shipping when it could cost €10-€15. If that's the case I wouldn't mind dropping the two boards and just buy the keycaps to save some money. But I'll wait until we've got this all figured out of course.

Shipping from DE or NL is the cheapest. At least for me, I don't know about the rest of the EU. BE shipping costs suck. It's way overpriced here.

I don't know how we will divide shipping costs, but my experience (as member and also organiser) is dividing proportionally the shipping costs: the more you spend, the more you pay. Maybe in this case, the fairest would be dividing proportionally according the weight, that is the determining factor for the shipping costs.
