I was wondering if it's possible to change my order?
I think i'd like to order a few more, but have no clue how i'd go about doing so.
Should i just place a second order? If so, to replace my previous one, or in addition to it?

You can place a new order with a comment saying this is a new order and delete the old one.

MOQs have been lowered for black, green, and yellow to 400.
Yellow 390/400
Red 567/500
Black 365/400
Green 378/400
Blue 525/500

I think I might need to cancel my order
Some complications came up this month that kinda ate away at my reserves.
Would that be possible? I ordered 2 blacks and 1 blue :/

Officially: no. The GB is in the payment phase.
I'm sure some people will want to jump off though. I'd say: post what it is you'd like to buy in the thread on GH, and you should find someone who will happily let you take over a part of his order.
You can also just wait -- the dealer keypop.net participated and will probably sell the set through his online shop when they arrive.
