Code: Select all

mysql> SELECT count(*) FROM `phpbb_users` WHERE user_lastpost_time > unix_timestamp(subdate(now(), interval 31 day)) and user_posts = 1;

Those codes confuse me

¡Happy Birthday!

It's my favourite keyboard/input device forum. I've made of DT my home.

I understand the code! :ugeek: (Maybe because I work part-time with that stuff, but yeah.)

I thought DT was way older than just 2 years, but when I think about it, it hasn't even been a year since I registered here, even though it feels like at least 2 years.
Congratulations, happy birthday, and thanks for a great site! I've really enjoyed it here this far. <:

SQL is an ugly language but it seems the same thing with regular expressions would look more confusing ...

I don't even want to think about that... But then again, why would anybody do so in the first place? (Right? Right..?)

SQL is good for what it's meant for!

Sql is just mathematical logic with lots of set theory.

I use SQL for my mail database, bit overkill though but it makes things easy.

Wow 2 years, time flies. I visit several times a day but my posting has slowed down since I've been too skint to buy any new keyboards.

Hi all,

I just wanted to thank the community for building this great resource. Deskthority helped me to dig deeper into this rabbit hole and start a (small) collection of mechanical keyboards. Even if I don't post often, I enjoy the conversation and learn everyday a bit more about the typing heaven!

Join Deskthority. Start filling bookshelves with keyboards, bags with caps, drawers with diodes, switches and Teensies; and still be sure you've not enough. It's one way to have fun I had not considered before arriving here. Thanks guys!

I came here looking for a capslock and a spacebar for my Filco at the start(ish) of round 4. I now have 10+ keyboards of different flavours, have custom firmware on 2, am building/about to start building another 2 and am starting a handwired numberpad mod job as soon as I get a bit of "free time". And don't start me on time spent scouring ebay for vintage computing stuff....Couldn't be happier though, despite the strange looks I get from friends and family.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Deskthority!!

I've been here almost 2 of those 3 years.

And by coincidence, today is my son's 2nd birthday. 8-)

Not to mention, sub 1U function keys.

Don't all of your keyboards have a 3.25U (ish) left control! Pffftt, commoners!

Oh dear, such a detail on the keyboard only to get the mouse cable wrong. Should have gone for a wireless one...

Happy birthday DT!

EDIT: The A to " row also seems to be freakishly out of place. Such a pitty.

I imagine it would also be a pain having the mouse cable under your wrist.

3 Years of DT and I still hate SQL.

But: the verbosity of their languages* required high quality input devices, like the Selctrix and the beam- and buckling spring keyboards!
:o
