Granite was my first foray into the whole I gotta get into this with keycaps. I was around when G3 happened and I watched it slip away. Not anymore! Bring us the beast!

Another kit I'm evaluating.

Oooh that's amazing. I need those arrows! The hex in the F10-12 is a nice design choice.

Very nice kit indeed. Is red the secondary colour for everything this time?

Oooo, might have to get some granite in my life looking at that....

very likely, it seems it's the only color SP can do right.

Indeed, it worked out so well back in Round 1:
When it comes to MX mount, I'm a pure Granite snob. Even beats SA for me now.

SSK and Topre 87u style secondary numpad legends would be neat too.

I'd love to see an additional ~`Esc key variant: one where the main legend is the Esc icon, the upper legend is the tilde and the red sub-legend is the backtick. That's how that key works on a Poker, which if judging by the numbers sold on MassDrop, continues to be the most popular 60%er out there. And, of course, a red keycap version (ala RGB icon mods) where the backtick sub-legend would be in light gray, I guess.

This is a good idea.

I have read the Silmarillion 2 times, The Hobbit and the Lord Of the Rings 4 times... this set really tickles my inner geek

Please make it possible to buy that kit (and the secondary legends set) alone! And, um, shipping these in January would be super useful for me while I'm over here… (yeah, SP, I know it's impossible)
Future alphabet ideas, quite beyond Middle Earth…

I'm still toying with the idea of a japanese set, but I would need help with that.
would this be okay?

A Japanese set would be quite cool. I'm not really into Japanese but I know that many others are. Do we have any active members who are Japanese speakers who could help us out with this?

Possible new bonus pack
if you don't know what the last two icons are (on the 1u cluster), you can't be my friend

Awesome!

I sadly missed out on the bonus pack with GNU/git/etc since a fellow forum member was meant to split it with me and then bailed out on me. These are exciting though!

new "RGB" set... what you think?

I'd *love* a red ESC like you've got here.
I'm not as excited about the other modifier colors and prefer the usual WordPerfect color scheme - red Ctrl, green Shift, blue Alt.
Of course I use Caps Lock as a Ctrl and am pleased when I can find a key with that correct legend.

A little unicorny for me, but then I'm a boring bastard when it comes to colours. You're missing a nice fancy Enter though. That's my favourite one to highlight.

How about just "pale" RGB? Something like RCA, VBD, BFC?

I have the whole color ring... but I can't find those colors in PBT.

Splendid work. You're getting well practiced at this one! It looks thoroughly fantastic.
Very interested in the price of the Tolkien and secondary legends sets. And their availability.
