Ah, of course. :) The tutorial was pretty helpful on that, but not 100%. Like I said, it depends on the model of encoder you have.

Haha, brilliant! There's a little gap on my knob between 10 and 1, so maybe I'll add an 11 in myself.;-)

Goodness, this has taken forever for me to finish and then write up. It's now pretty much at 99% completion - the only work left is cosmetic. That is, I think it would look cool with old-school red/white embossed labels on the switches/dials whatever.

If anyone is still reading this and was wanting write-up of the more or less finished thing, I'll add a link to my (new-ish) blog, where I did a semi-detailed write-up. All the details are either earlier in this thread or in this blog post! (Feel free to also read about what I did on my holidays if you want to explore my blog further :lol:)

It has a couple of quirks (one of my connections is not great and so buzzes if it's set to channel 4 with nothing plugged in) but nothing I can't live with. Thanks for reading and offering advice all!
