Now im using my just finished first mechanical keyboard (Handwired 60%+numpad+1 extra row and ISO Spanish Layout) With khail box whites for alphas, box pale blue for modifiers and box orange for numpad and arrows
Out of curiosity, what have you assigned the key between Backspace and ºª\ to be?

Just a FN key to switch to Layer 1 (Now just F keys and Volume control)

Still for sale? I’ve plenty of caps and a fair few switches looking for a home. But I’m a picky snob!
Don't think it's for sale at the moment, it was a groupbuy that ran in September or so of last year. Kbdfans have been hinting that it might make a return at some point as an in stock item, but when and how that might happen is anyone's guess.

5 different types of IBM Shift keys. The top left has a wire on the back; the right one does not.

Behold!
This was by far the most time consuming 'build' ever. I started resembling this thing at 9 am. It is now 4:30. I encountered a problem at nearly every step of the process.
Well worth it though. It's.been my dream to own one of these ever since Chyros did his review.

And oh yes, I powdercoated the plate gold

There will be a nice thick coily cable at some point.

Amazing!
Did you do any before or construction pictures?

Thanks!
I've got one before photo here. I didn't do any build photos just because I figured there have already been a number of F 107 restore threads. I'm not really adding anything new other than the color scheme

That gold in the recess all the way around was neat! Along with your desk, it looks like a million bucks
Good job on restoring. Really gives me the urge of hunting one down

Got my second Model M13 today! It came in pretty great condition and with a still-wrapped manual.

"pretty good", that looks mint! Nice find
The original did not read "pretty good", but "pretty great".
One may find it to be an insignificant difference, and in such a context it certainly is.
Nevertheless: text between quotation marks is deemed to be an exact quote, not an approximation.
That is precisely the purpose of quotation marks - or would you put a semicolon at the end of an interrogative sentence?
Call me old-fashioned if you like

By the way, nice keyboard indeed
Thanks!
Also, I should hire you to proofread my thesis in a few months time.

Proofreading is part of what I do for a living, but I'm afraid my quotes are way north of what you can afford as a student,
especially if you collect keyboards

This is my ShiTec keyboard (yes, that's the brand), hooked up to a Macbook through a ridiculous chain of adapters (DIN5→PS/2→USB→USB-C). I found it at a flea market a few years ago. Has buckle springs, and a broken R key for which I swapped out the switch with the SCROLL-LOCK as I never use it.
It types really, really well and I absolutely love it!

Sometimes I really enjoy sparing couple hours of my life to save something, and get heart peace. Hope there're some guys who have same feeling.

You are doing the Lord's work sir. Looks likes someone hacked up the case. Are you abandoning it? Or is that just a 'caseless' unit you restored?

Thanks for your kind words, ddrfraser.
I tried to restore the board still with case ofc, but after cleaned the hammers, houses, metal plate, PCB and reassembled all of them with new 3mm EVA foam and plugging an soarers' converter of pro micro mini, no keys registered on my pc. Being sure the controller was dead after several times test, I replaced it with the caseless-internal-board's PCB(with its controller), and everything went going well soon seemingly.
Then just washed the cases and used mini-usb to USB cable to let it work like other board does. Now I have no clue if there's any work I can/should do to make it better given it's really in bad condition. Good point is typing feeling is really nice, much smooth and light, I have experience typing on NOS f before, so I reckon it's really in a high level state already. I think it's due to the new foam and the nah-rust springs.
Its easy job but cost lots of patience, would be very very lucky if all parts work well after only one time reassemble, I have four repetition to get there.
Anyway, provide four pics here, and wish my bad english not annoying people.
I'll agree that metric makes much more sense. However, having lived in Canada, the UK and the US, I've spent most of my life in a general state of confusion about how to spell, pronounce and measure just about everything
I generally just adopt the local customs and accept the inevitable persecution from my friends who think I ought to be doing things differently

No worries! Being British myself, I grew up with a weird arbitrary mixture of both metric and imperial, so I know what you mean. Took me many years to overcome the imperial conditioning.

Pah! A certain keyboard monster from Japan. Also nice scale, I have a Dymo similar to yours. Also interesting the new F62 is heavier than the original
