It's chicken and egg: prices reduce when there's more orders, and the orders will come with more time and lower prices.
The TENKLESS/WHITE is an awesome set but I really can't stretch my order any further. I'd have to hack out so much to fit it in. And I'd rather have the other colours I have lined up already.
Thanks for the list, 7bit. Maybe I can figure something out to catch a bit of it, but not the whole.

I ordered the white mods just as I said I would. If I knew they were for sure I would switch to TKL/WHITE and get grey mods and alphas. But as it stands, I've ordered the white mods, if they fall off, I at least still get white alphas.

On the side, fitting for Cherry keyboards. SP has no mold for a stepped CapsLock with a center stem yet. (This was covered before somewhere in this long thread)

Well...in for a penny, in for a pound. I added the rest of the white keys to my order. It was only an extra $65
Now, if all goes well, I will have a full 104 (+extras) set in all 4 colors!
I'm curious what everyone is using all those extra mod keys for. Custom keyboards? What would they fit? Maybe I'm just not imaginative enough...

Customs, and quirky layouts on commercial boards too. There's a lot of variety out there.
As soon as you monkey around with the standard 1.25 unit mod / ANSI / ISO layout, you need a ton of different caps.
How did you go about getting every colour, by the way? Did you add a base kit of white mods?

Yes, I ordered the TKL/BASE, ALPHA, and NUMPAD in all 4 colors. Quite pricey, but not as bad as all the other custom mod kits and the like.

This is what I came up with if you want all four colors for a standard 104 keyboard layout. There are other combinations, of course, but this gives you just what you need, no extra modifiers etc, plus a few extra keys, like the standard (non-deepdish) F, J and 5 keys.

And I have to say I'm chuffed with the results to date.
