I found this totally by chance, it ends in just under 2½ hours. If it doesn't get any bids I will put in a late one myself so that someone (else!) here could see about putting it to use!
I've asked if the scale is in cN/g-f or something else.
Vintage 1970s Keyboard Pressure Gauge

Did anyone around here get this one? I'd really like to see it in action.
Yes, I secured the gauge at the last few minutes as planned. I'd like to give it a go, then I would be happy to pass it on to any interested DTers! So if you're interested, let me know.

As much of a commitment this would be already, I feel to really take something like this on would require the decor to match - period and colour wise! For this reason (and many others), I won't be going for it.
However, thinking about this has reminded me of my poorly desk top and the relatively feasible potential for replacing it with kitchen worktop with a cutout for a specially designed module, that would integrate whatever keyboard / pointer / wrist rest / blinkenlights I felt like.
Yikes, this train of thought brings together several of my ideas. It could be my destiny. Though I will say to myself "good luck deciding on one design!"

Definitely interested in the gauge, I like shiny metal things, especially when it comes to keyboards.

I can just imagine shipping from Germany. I recently shipped a small boat from Austria (nearly the same size of that desk

) and it cost 1200 Euros to ship.
Besides, I don't have any of those huge 8" floppies:

(though I do have hundreds of 5 1/4")

It strikes me as the desk for the deskthority secretary.

Univac has a nice desk too.

I think Deskthority needs two secretaries.

Let's skip some steps right to the endgame. Boat on ship on boat carried by plane in container on container ship, delivered by this guy.

Sounds good!
Containership until Hamburg-Finkenwerder. From Finkenwerder to Fuhlsbüttel by plane. From Fuhlsbüttel to river Elbe by boat. Then, by ship to Berlin-Westhafen and the rest by boat through the wastewater channels.

This is just some kms from home. Thanks god I have not enough room at home. If not I guess that would be a cause for divorce. I may anyhow contact the seller if no-one is interested in ebay.
And I have have to say that I hate this thread. I could not resist to the
ANSI conversion of an 122-F... shipping within Spain. Too many toys to play with ...

How do you know that 'F122' was not an M? No picture of the back or model number, so surely there's no way of knowing?

The high hat caps on the mods are a good sign, but nothing conclusive.

No risk, no fun

I have asked the seller. Awaiting the answer ...

Part number 6111041 ... date 26 Aug 1986
I have asked for a picture. I cannot find any reference to this part number in the web.
Edit 2:
I have no idea on what is it from the picture that I received ...

100% an F based on the PN and metal back.
Also I just noticed that the function keys are FP instead of PF. Hah! Such international layout, much awesome.

Might as well as Iacoizumi (US) to that list, every time I see this come up I think about buying it to use here at home.

If only it was in China, perhaps then I could afford to ship the dang thing!

Here's a nice clean Volker Craig terminal (made in Canada) $199 BIN:

Sadly, the switches are probably Stackpole. (stiff and scratchy)
It's beautiful, but what can you really do with a terminal these days? I wish I could find some actual use.

extract from this post : from
nourathar
A while ago I found a fully functional Volker Craig vc4152 terminal on ebay, and after some fiddling around I managed to connect it to my Linux box via USB. It dates from 1980 and it is vt52-compatible, which means that it used a standard that is even older than vt100, which is the most common standard for terminals and still pretty much the ancestor of terminal emulator applications. In 1980, the vt100 had been out for two years, so this model must have been already a bit outdated by then.
I could connect it to my server at home. It has no keyboard and no screen. Just a serial port. I could put it in my office ... sometimes a wife helps to maintain a threshold ...

This is NOT a Model F with capacitive buckling springs, correct? Is this the one with vintage green Alps?

Yep, that should be ALPS. Was just using one of those at a friend's house today. Lovely board!
