No, I soldered everything together internally; however, I preserved the original connector on the PCB. I was thinking of sending an original AT101W cable with it if the buyer wanted one since I have an extra one from the AT101W that I linearized (although I used cream damped sliders from an AEKII) so they could swap it if they wanted PS/2 again. That being said, I am not sure why anyone would want to. After all, the AT101W lacks NKRO so connecting it over USB doesn't make any difference at all.

Any pricing idea for all of them together?

I have no idea how much should the nixies worth. But if you put the soft key board on eBay maybe it could go for 200€ or more. If you will sell it within DT then it depends on you.
