I'm up for it. I proxied one of those out to Germany before and they're nice wee MX black matrix boards.

I can't run it, but would probably take one depending on the price. I had one years ago and they're really nice little boards.

I can do it, if there's enough takers. I'm in for one or two myself.

Cool, we're getting close now!

@Andy: They're MX blacks, as always on matrix boards.

The caps are nicer than (most?) Tipros. Colourful, but the legends are laser infilled as I recall. They have a good row-sculpted profile (OEM or DCS, I'm a newb at cylindricals…) but I'm thinking of popping on my SPH and Round 5 matrix caps, naturally.

The last Access board I had was a combination of SP DCS doubleshots and IIRC pad printed caps.

BTW, do these Access IS keyboards have NKRO and are they programmable on 64bit systems?

I've found a thread on geekhack stating NKRO for a 8x5 Access IS matrix board and there seem to be some problems with 64 bit OS, but nothing definite. It's hard to google "Access keyboard".

Similar setup to Tipro, as I remember. Access IS has software called Softprog:

http://www.access-is.com/softprog.php

Davkol has a guide here:

http://deskthority.net/workshop-f7/prog ... t=softprog

I only had one of these keyboards briefly to play with, but as I remember the software is clunky and buggy but if you give it a lot of patience it does work. Don't remember a 32 bit limitation. While that annoyed the hell out of me with Tipro's ChangeMe! So hopefully it's not an issue.

Unsure if these are NKRO. If I find any limits in my way, I will tear one apart and make a custom out of it! (I tried this with a 128 key Tipro, but the plate isn't tough enough to hold the switches without a PCB.) For this price, I'm willing to investigate!

I will take an access board if there's space, but it looks like there isn't :(

I'll put you two on the list and see who's willing when the sniping comes. I could free one of my claimed two, if necessary.

I'll happily be backup for an Access IS board or two if anyone pulled out, as unlikely as that looks.

I honestly don't mind whether I get one or not - I might be able to use them later, but I sure as hell don't need 'em now!

I know you need stems to put caps on as much as I do, Facet!

To my shame, I wasn't thinking of all the caps I'm already waiting for. They would be good for yet another project idea I haven't mentioned at all yet...

Pretty good nick M0110A for £45 posted in the UK. Not sure what price these usually go for, but this one is the least yellow Apple board I've seen for a while :D.

edit - and a little something to go next to it, not seen one of these before...
