So, Invoice #174 (presumably it's an extension of my earlier order) I ordered some more browns and reds and got an invoice saying they'd be shipped to an old address. I've updated the address
Presumably my switches will be shipped to the correct address? And... have they shipped yet?

Shipping costs are 4 EUR no matter how many are ordered.
I'm wating for the prcies of clear case switches. If they are the same as black case then the preorder prcies will get down to 0.54 EUR per switch!

What's the process to check on orders. I think my order #0431 is awaiting the PCB mounted Reds, as the Browns are in stock, but it would be nice to know everything is in place for when the Reds are in stock.

Just got a message that you payment had been received. Your switches are in the 7bot-logistics center which is operated fully automatically.
I do have no influence about what happens there, only the bot has control about everything and knows where your switches are.
BTW, Some orders have been packed today and will ship tomorrow.
I expect the MXGREEN/NWs to arrive either tomorrow or on Friday, so all orders which had been blocked only by MXGREEN/NWs will be sent. Still need to get reds (NW), whites (NW), blacks (both) and dark greys (both).

While packing, I almost put a customs sticker on a package to be shipped to Vienna, Australia:

Seriously, all the mess up with Austria and Australia only comes from using the wrong names for the countries!
To avoid anything like that, please write:
1136 Wien
Österreich
or
Vienna, 1136
Australia (Down Under)
If it would not have been for 'gasse' I would have thought it goes to Australia and maybe someone at the post office, or where they sort the letters would have thought so as well!
