You are not alone in having received some weirdly printed caps and not received some at all. I'd suggest you contact massdrop and let them sort the issue out.

Same here, just pick up the package and encountering missing caps with switching INT fr caps with R1 ones on my daily driver...
Massdrop seems to have get in troubles with dispatch issues at least..

SP's pretty good at making mistakes too. (The mirror image caps are surely their doing.) But putting Massdrop on top seems to be compounding trouble…

Everyone with errors: get in touch with them! That's the seller's job to fix.

Haha ! employees must pretty enjoyin' this end of year in MD office I think.

But I'm in hope and let me say already that red color for alt legends please far better from the light blue one of the R1 !

@vsev: I got the same reply when I contacted them mid-December. Wasn't too bad then, they got in touch a couple of days later. Guess it could take a few extra days now though...

Finished to check all kits and there are mirrored ones same as Greyluke.
Also missing all RGB Icons kit.

And finally caps missing from common (2caps), iconpro mods(1cap) and INT kit 10 caps from each of two ones I ordered..
Post a very pleasant and clear message with pictures to support at MD..
I'm quite rageous but I'll wait to this find an fine issue about what I've no doubt though !

Probably a bit of a long-shot as I'm assuming most of the trading has died down, but I'm looking for the Numpad set. Like an idiot, I bought the Mono-Legend set by accident instead of the Numpad set. Attached is what I have currently to trade for:

I did contact MD, but I was eager to sort this out as soon as possible, so I tried to find an alternative. Furthermore, I read somewhere several complaints about MD customer care (reply delays or no replies at all, etc...).

Anyway, you guys are right, it's MD responsibility to fix this and I'm sure they will.

Have finally the caps on my desk, customs did charge me 45 EUR and will calculate the differens from actual value to the declared value and try to get an refund.

However, didn't receive my RGB Icon pack either and wonder if any of you have received it until now?

Also do any of you have the template/layput of the international kit in order for me to check if I have all the correct keys at hand and be able to put some up here for trade?

I've to trade 2x INT kit except fr caps and missing ones (red in pic) from R2
1X INT kit from R1 (blue alt legends)
RGB from R1
RGB icon R2
1X ISO blue enters kit
some others from Icon, Icon pro, Text pro(R1), Mono Legend (R2), multimedia, but not taken time already to precisely decide what I'll keep and what not..

I think that row is missing on every INT set...

By the way, did someone have a chance to sort this out with MD support? I wrote an email to them on December 26th and they replied to me on January 7th (X-mas holidays) saying that they were trying to fix this with SP, but then i got no news from them.

Just a quick update. MD support just sent me an email telling me that they are about to send me the replacement keycaps.

I received my replacement keycaps yesterday !

My two international kits are now complete, it feels good.
