Just submitted an order (for some MXGREY/NW's)... I hope I got the format correct. There's a bunch of information in the first couple of pages of this thread that talk about specifying a payment method and an address, and I found myself thoroughly confused.

I also submitted an order about two weeks ago for some MXGREEN's... not sure if it's been processed yet. Let me know if there are any troubles.

I check my spam-folder and empty it daily, and have seen nothing from the bot (on either my first order two weeks ago, or the one from Friday).

Maybe they're getting lost in transit (email relays and such), though I've had no confirmed cases of that since I switched to Outlook.com from Gmail.com (which was notorious for it). How long would a typical bot-response take? I've got other email addresses I can try if the ones I specified aren't working.

If that's the case, should I re-submit my order from scratch? Or is there a keyword to just change the email address?
