This is supposidely a Zenith IB-0010, but I can't find information on it, and this is listed as 'mechanical', but I am unsure about that, or what switch it would be.

I just found this keyboard while scavenging my parents basement, might have used it 20+ years ago myself but don't really have any solid memories of it. It has a DIN-5 plug which isn't seen in the pictures.

Upon closer inspection it does say MICRO on the switches on one side. Don't have a macro camera/lense handy so can't post a picture.

There are several XT boards by cherry and also some unbranded ones. Mike found a board some time ago with cherry caps and switches but it had no sign of the manufacturer. Without pcb pictures this board can't be identified. But it's definetly a nice find, I like these old cherry caps

So I assume this keyboard will have black alps switches, but I am not totally sure. I can't find this exact extended code anywhere.

Oh, an Advance 86A: I nearly bought one of those back in the day but ended up with an Acorn Electron instead. In hindsight I suspect that was the right choice!

Alrighty, I now have got it, and I'm not disappointed

I got myself a Portable Terminal with a Cherry G80-0414H attached to it, what a great "portable" device ! Since there is not a lot of picture of this model I will post a photo thread and make a wiki for it. Expect those soon...

Weird that it's a H model as this normally stands for the casing. This model number originally has a model F clone case. I'm a bit worried that your board doesn't work with soarer, that would be a bummer

It is a keytronic 5153 T Professional, with a touchpad on the right.

Also, here is another, the Tandy 101-key Enhanced Keyboard. I found a magazine article about it, which gave it raving reviews, basically saying it is a buckling spring keyboard like the Model-M, but with lighter actuation.

First one is keytronic foam and foil. Second one is fujitsu peerless. Both not worth it if you ask me.

I'm surprised at you Mike, if you get a NIB Fujitsu Peerless Keyboard they are in the top 10 (as someone said earlier)

no thanks, had em and they felt like shit. They were in good condition as well.
