Do you know what the switch mounting hole diameter is? And the width(thickness) of the pcb?

Oh man, that is such a beauty. Keep telling myself I don't need more keyboards, then stuff like this comes along

I really have to stop reading through all the old posts, is really going to start costing me a fortune. Is it too late to register interest? Fingers crossed x

I have interest in it too, but i do not think it's too late for register as the PCB prototype arrived just a bit sooner, am i right?

no it's not too late. unfortunately the latest prototype still have few issues so I had to request a new one. I guess it will be ready for Christmas...
on a side note I'm pushing to make also a limited edition in dark gold anodized aluminum and black on black keycaps... mmmh delicious

Phew, I thought for a second I had missed an official IC or something! Do you know what format the GB will be in? Will it just be on here, or will it be another Massdrop thing?

Is it a HHKB? is it a standard 60% ? Nobody Knows! But i want it.
I call it the UNIX60

Split that right Shift, you insensitive clod! With an HHKB top row like that, you're still in non-standard 60% caps territory anyway.

Thats an option too !
i just don't know why the UNIX60 does not exist.
EDIT
Updated.

EDIT2
With mx compatible topre mounts! And High Profile PBT!

On which software did you realized you CAD files? Do you plan to share them?

European orders have been shipped, you can find some in the classified

Hmm possibly something for next year , all funds will be on the 4704 remake i think.
And then i would have to brave the GH classifieds. You need
protection from the xenos.

flabbergast wrote: Hey matt3o - got a question about the PCB - if I'm reading the thread correctly, you're using MK20DX256VLH7 chip (Teensy 3.1/3.2) on it right? So my question is - does your PCB/circuit include the crystal?
Running USB on that chip without a crystal is officially out-of-spec, although it *does* work (as mchck and infinity KB demonstrated); I'm just curious.
I'm porting TMK to run on ARM Teensies, and I want to make sure that it will include also whitefox, so I'd like to know about the crystal. (TMK works fine by now, I'm now making sure that EEPROM support works as well, to have the bootmagic stuff working.)
Keyboard has a similar setup to the Infinity Ergodox, this means it has a 16 MHz crystal (just like the Teesny 3s).
I sent hasu a pcb a few weeks back (as well as an Infinity Ergodox beta pcb). The Whitefox is a bit easier to port than the Infinity Ergodox, so it may be ready earlier
Just look for code that has
and you should be fine.
For example:

yeah i built a gh60 in that layout

a friend of mine is working on another PCB that will support this too.
additionally, hasu's alps64 supports this layout as well. cap support is another matter.

I can't wait to see more. I am also *very* curious about the keycaps you are working on...

That text mod has got an icon on it… and those foxes look damn sharp…
The plate's got a nice patina, too.

I'll post better pictures, the camera-phone mangled the legends a little, they are actually sharper than they look there.
