You need platemounted ones, that will be available a little later.
The PCB and plate production will take a few weeks, anyway.

Just submit a new order for the stabs. They will be added to your existing order.
The only trouble with your address is that you sent it in one line and it seems the name is missing:
<insert name here>
Xxx xxx Xx\~xxx, n$^{\underline{\mathsf{o}}}$221B
Xxxx\'xxxx, X\~xx Xxxxx
Xxxxx
Xxxxx
Anything else comes out perfectly!!!!

No, the address labels are typeset in LaTeX.

Are the PCBs and plates made in your neck of the woods?

About 350-600km away.

I harvested a trackpoint module from an old thinkpad keyboard. It looks pretty similar to pictures I've seen posted here. I still need to figure out how to dremel these keycaps without making a mess. Also, I don't fully understand how a stem gets attached to it. Does it just fit over the top similar to the rubber cap/nub?

I have tried again and again today to pay for my order, but my bank won't seem to make the transfer...will try again tomorrow with someone from the bank itself, if not, i have tried to pay in paypal, i don't mind the extra 3.74 if i can finnaly pay for this :p but when i select the amount asked on my order : 98.00 USD the conversion goes to 95.96 euros, and my invoice with paypal fees(3.74) based on current conversion rates is 90.74. Based on this how do i proceed? do i pay an amount that converts from paypal into 90.74 euros(92.7 USD) or do i have to pay the full 95.96 euros? because for the second choice i would be spending almost 10 euros on paypal fees alone and it is a bit too much.
It is going to be my first mechanical keyboard, and also my first purchase in here so sorry if i may seem a noob at this :p

If you pay by PayPal, you need to pay in USD. Your bank does the conversion.
But you are in a Euro-country, why not pay in your own currency directly?
