Forget about the eyes, unless you make them larger.
The gaps between the spikes might be too narrow, so maybe you should make a version with the spikes farer apart (around twice as much as they are now).

I think it looks good without eyes and I will have to have a look at removing some of the spikes. I want to keep it as close to the original image as possible.

I got an email back from Kirk McKusick.
I prefer that the BSD Daemon be used in the context of BSD software.
As some of you are BSD users, I will consider you to qualify for
the use of the BSD Daemon on keycaps provided that you are prepared
to explain that he is the mascot of the BSD family of operating systems
to those that ask. Also that he is copyrighted and requires permission
to use if others want to do so (I trust your judgement to select folks
that can abide by these requirements to get the keycaps).

Her silhouette from the side in black on white would be nice. This would avoid any copyright issues with the BSD daemon creator.
Also, she would match perfectly with Puffy.
ps: why is there a such a large gap again?

Can you please ask the copyright holder if this would be OK?
Also, please post the SVG file.
It seems quite OK to me, but there might be some issues with some od the gaps.

OK I will re-email him today. He seemed alright with us using it though.

Currently now i readed the wiki there, it says
These prices are only valid, if at least 25 units of each kit are ordered!
Prices might be lower if more kits are ordered.
So i'm thinking is there any place where i can see the total order for which specific kit, so i can join them together(Higher order kit for cheaper price).
