Let the games begin.
I just noticed that that has virtually exactly the same base layout as the ITT Courier keyboard =o . Very nice keyboard!

Let the games begin.
As this is an item that will definitely reach absurd prices..

Please, I implore everyone to not bid until the very end. Learn to snipe, for the love of God! Early bids drive up the prices!

The seller must've been keeping up with trends on this thread. 10 day auction, no reserve, low starting bid. Yeeep.

One has to wonder where they went and raided to get like 3-4 of these if not more. Jeez.

I think its probably more correct to say that the ITT Courier has the same layout as this :-)

Impressive beast!
Almost certainly foam and foil looking at the key caps. Definitely foam and foil looking at the PCB.

Dirt cheap MX 8100's with free US shipping!
Definitely lasered POM. At this price, that's free plus shipping. Sending a USPS Flat Rate Box costs more than the auction price. This is as good a deal you'll find on Cherry MX Browns, period. For the switches alone this is a steal. I may pick one up even though I already have one.

It won't make any difference on this one phote.

NO I did not get it, I bid less than half of that. No teardown unless someone else here got it who does that. ;)

Everybody is now digging through their basements/junk piles/garbage dumps/taobao to find Blue Alps to sell them to idiots (more money than brains) on Ebay who are desperate to have "da cuul shit"

@Chyros... if Green Alps increase in price, I will blame it on you and your review

I think there were a LOT of factors that caused blue Alps prices to soar, not just Chyros' reviews, if that at all. Prices for blue Alps were still rather low even after Chyros' KB101A review. :P

Right in that case we can start by killing this thread, it's the old kbdfr discussion. :evilgeek:
