How often are refunds processed on HONEYB orders?

Posted: 28 Jan 2016, 18:32
by 7bit
Extremely seldom.

However, I wait for an update from mashby and then let him refund whatever is to be refunded.

I owe like a dollar and eighty cents.

There's no hurry to pay immediately, right?

I'll probably pick up a leftover kit eventually so it's not such a small payment

Is there an ETA on the production of R6?

Not a terribly precise one.

2016 if you're lucky.
2017 if you're not.

No. Seriously! Look at page 1 for an idea just how loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong Round 5 was delayed. Again and again.

If I need to change my address at some point, how is that done? Do I just send 7Bot a...

Or is it more complicated?

Round 6 was tentatively scheduled to go into production this month and continue through March. However, reading between the lines of recent posts, I don't think the presses get turned on for Round 6 until 7bit sends (sufficient) payment to SP, which he can't do until he has the cash flow to do so (read: until enough people have paid for their orders).

So in a sense, we're waiting for everyone to pay up, which could take...forever?

Also, is SPs new pricing going to hurt this group buy or are we already looking at a confirmed production order?

Deadline for the contents and quantities was 4 January 2016.

I had been promised production starts in January, but it seems they still are busy with earlier orders.

Not sure if I did not get the new pricing already (hope I did).
:?

They had been booked out for half a year or so. This is a good reason to raise prices.

Yes, it is more complicated!

Your name is missing and the post code looks wrong.

A letter to Signature Plastics is sent per horse from Berlin to Hamburg, then, per sail ship to New York, per horse again to Custer, WA, where it is delivered to Signature Plastics by the local postmaster Albert W. Custer himself.

Could someone clarify the new SA pricing nuance?

Prices for 1 unit keys (more than 10,000 of one color):
Round 5: $0.41
Round 6: $0.56

Note the address there was just bullshit, and post codes around the world are all different shapes and sizes.

So just the name missing? Otherwise fine?

Aha! And what about the new required telephone field!?

Posted: 29 Jan 2016, 16:57
by 7bit
Why is it "new required" to give the phone number?
:?

Some people hope to get a call should they not be at home if the package is delivered. But giving a phone number is not mandatory.

However, it is prefered to have it on top of your address, not below your country:

I've just ordered some round 6 leftovers, waiting on any kind of response...
What's the expected turnaround for 7bot answering to WASSUP?
What's the expected wait time before I get the invoice?
Is it wrong to insert blank lines between order/email/address?
Clicking the "simply send message to 7bot link" tiggers "too many redirects" browser error.
