So I stumbled onto something that blows my mind and had to pop back here to post. ASMR.
I'd be willing to bet quite a few people on this forum have the same thing due to interest in sounds and feeling of various keyboard switches, materials etc.

Yes. I know about and have ASMR and wasted way too much time watching creepy ASMR videos already (especially when keyboards are involved :D).
Other people trying to figure something out is a huge trigger for me. For example if someone plays with a rubiks cube. I'm not talking about solving it like speedcubers but rather someone who has no idea how it works and just fiddles around with it.
Also: Munching noises in a really quiet room drive me crazy :|

For me, keyboards aren't a trigger for ASMR - in fact, they're a good way to stop it. (Unless they're crap quiet keyboards, but then they're crap.)

Very rarely, but sometimes I do. For me its the sound of heavy rain and distant thunder that triggers it. Artificial noises dont seem to affect me.
