This video has been a labor of love, several years in the making! It took a lot of time to track down non-working keyboards, desolder switches, and clean them to bring you this full comparison. It wasn’t easy, and it wasn’t cheap either But I thought it would be incredibly valuable to document and share this comparison of vintage Alps switches for those who appreciate the finer details of mechanical keyboards. I tested 12 different Alps switches across 3 unique keyboards to bring you an in-depth sound comparison you won’t find anywhere else. All switches are soldered onto full keyboards for an accurate representation of each one’s true sound.
