Only info I can find is this old thread viewtopic.php?t=9921 , not sure what switches it has. Also looks quite a bit different (top ridge, blocks around the arrow keys).

Saw that too, but I dont think thats it. The one in the thread looks more similar to this one, and has "blue tactile switches", which dont really match up to the siltek one. Also the model number looks different (on the back).

Key Tronic rubber domes (without the ErgoForce label) is hit-or-miss: nice or mushy — and you won't know until you have typed on it.
That is, until someone decides to collect keyboards and write down article numbers for the different types. But what a bother ...

I recently bought this on ebay because it has ITW Magnetic Valves but other than that, there seems to be no information on it. The model is Future Computers FX30. Has anyone seen anything similar to this? I'm assuming it's a re-branded keyboard but I can't quite figure out which model.

This Keyboard is for sale very cheap in my area its made by Data General could it be Fujitsu Leaf Spring? any input would be much appreciated.

Opinions about Fujitsu Peerless are divided. It has its fans, and its haters. If it is "very cheap" and you haven't tried it, then get it!

I would but already have Epson Fujitsu Pearless keyboard and I really don't like the feel of that keyboard.

Regarding the Future FX-30: It arrived today so I took the back off to check the PCB for information. The rear side is branded with Cortron and the top side is branded Future Computers (GSK 8410). The bottom plastic (ABS) plate is what I can only describe as unnecessarily fucking thick. It measures 5mm at the thinnest point and about 6mm on the bottom and top lip... I'm still yet to find more information on it but I have a feeling that it is Cortron-made.

anyone got any answers for what exactly the ibm 8775 beamspring keyboard that just sold on ebay actually is? it seems very similar to a 3278. there's flatout nothing about it on the wiki.

There is no different except for the keycaps. The 8775 is just another display station model. A quick search on Google will show the introduction to the terminal itself.

Pretty sure GYUR (as opposed to GYUM, etc.) on Silitek boards means it's a rubber dome board.

Edit: A later board in this thread disproves this.

At least, of the Dell AT101 listed in the Wiki, FCC ID's starting with GYUR are rubber domes, while the others (mostly GYUM) are mechanical.

BTW, Dell AT101(W) with Alps switches have grey plates and the Dell AT1013R (rubber dome) in the Wiki has a black barrel plate.
Otherwise, it is usually a tell that a board with black plate under the keys is more likely to be mechanical and a bright colour under the keys is more likely to be rubber dome. Silitek has made keyboards with black plate for sure.

But $5? If there was local pickup, I would get it!

Just got my hands on this beauty. The previous owner said it had been kept in his home for ages, not sure where it came from exactly, but was probably attached to some kind of industrial machines that his family used to operate. Made by TG3 Electronics, switches are Cherry blacks, keycaps are dyesub pbt (or at least feels like pbt), cherry profile. It looks to me like some custom made keyboard for some machines (custom keyboards are part of TG3's service after all), but if anyone here can tell me anything more about it, like what sort of machines it could came from based on the legends, I'd really appreciate it

They are DCS keycaps, from Signature Profile, so they're not Cherry profile.

I reckon they are keyboards from hospitals, as they feature multiple keycaps with molecules on it. Surely you can make out what COC, AMPH, METH, THC, OPI, PCP, etc ... no ? ... well .. maybe that means I shouldn't either
