Just got this recently and wanted to share with DT folks, another 'nixie' keyboard but with the new 'Siemens Nixdorf' logo. That means they still had the SOFTKEYS series being produced after the merger.
There are 2 different dates on the PCB labels, 1989 and 1990, as you can see them from the pics below. The original owner got the keyboard with his Quattro /40 but the it had no compatible port for the Quattro.
Considering I'm not from Europe I find myself very lucky to get my hands on these. Hope you enjoy the pics..

That is interesting indeed. I've never seen one with this logo. Thanks for sharing.
