Where to buy electrical tools and such in western Europe (NL

Hi all

I'm trying to find out a good place to buy tools for doing electrical/wiring installation, specifically a conduit puller for pushing long lengths of cat6 under a raised floor so i don't have to get down there myself. Where should I look to order tools like that (as well as other "professional" tools)? Anyone know any places to avoid as well?
I'm in the Netherlands but ordering from DE/FR/UK is probably fine too as long as the service is good.

I don't know for "electrical/wiring installation" tools, probably a good hobby market in your town...

I made one order some time ago and they were very professional. They sell the BEST brands in Europe (and in the world probably...). Prices are better than in Germany and UK. Found nothing similar in southern Europe and France.

P.S.: They have also other web sites for mid price and cheap tools. Make your choice...
