I received these keycaps yesterday. This is a set that I never thought I'd be able to acquire. I figured they deserved a gallery of their own since they're so rare & unique, and since there are barely any photos of them online. Note that they are a full UK ISO set, not an ANSI/DE ISO mix or anything - see the £ icon on the 3 key, and a few other differences in legends. The board isn't the original G81-3000SAG. It's a G80-1501HAD.

I tried to get the white balance as close as possibly to show the true colours of these keycaps, but it was pretty hard.

G80-1501s were (almost?) exclusively used in hospitals/similar places I believe. It also has a card reader on the side (which I've removed) so I'm guessing it was used at the reception of hopsitals to check people's cards.

I wish it had a regular LED sticker. It's such an awesome board, since it has full NKRO + lock LEDs inside the switches.

Congratulations! I remember those keyboards were sold by the same seller that sold the ESA-3000-HASRO and were there during some time until the last one was sold.

I think if that seller were to put the same boards up at the same price today they'd be sold in an instant. These keycaps really are the best imo. Legends, colours, material, texture, thickness.. Everything. Now I just need to get a few more dyesub sets.. ANSI, HASRO, etc

Yes, all keys are PBT. It's the recent BSP remakes that lack the 7x spacebar.

Amazing,

this keycap set is the set I've always wanted. Always hoping to find a vintage cherry ISO UK board lying around somewhere but never happens!

I hope you're able to find a set, or at least a doubleshot set :D It's a shame that UK Cherry sets are so rare. It's also quite strange that a few SAGs were found and sold in Germany, and yet none have been found here in Britain

Are the stems inside the bottom row offcentered like in later G81s?

Only the 1.25 unit sized G81 mods are off-centre, the 1.5 ones are normal. See this thread as for why.
