I'm going to try my M0110 stock, first. (Thanks to Hasu.) But I really wonder what Lowpoly's feels like…
I had an HHKB. (Just proxying it for someone.) Wonderful little thing, just like I expected. It's almost exactly the same size as my 60% custom, but way shorter off the desk! The feel is great, maybe not as perfect as a Realforce, but it's close and you can really feel the weight saved by using a plastic plate instead of metal.ماء wrote: Muri, you has hhkb apparentlyfirst thorpe?
Yeah, it's a lot of work isn't it! Make sure your case isn't too tight. I had ghosting issues with my custom keyboard because my diodes are so close to the case. More space makes things much easier.ماء wrote:yesterday i try style both handwired quite diffilicuti will try again
the style is not important, I want a neat and functional![]()

Less noisy without the pcb and lighter action with the replacement springs. Especially the spring replacement is crucial for the usability of the M0110, IMO.Muirium wrote:I'm going to try my M0110 stock, first. (Thanks to Hasu.) But I really wonder what Lowpoly's feels like…

It's not quite domes, they're buckling rubber sleeves. They're still not amazing. For that much you could get a proper Model M! That price is already too high though, pretty sure someone on the forums was selling one in the UK for £30!collector of junk wrote:is this worth it .its rubber domes ??

yeah come on more crazy. Unfortunately, these Cherry/Olivetti sets seem to be very hard to find in Spain (the place we should find most of them, I really don't know if South America was a big market for Olivetti).

Even better - I've got one you can have for shipping costs. Only the board with cable - no wrist rest, no number pad, no manual, no software, not tested, not cleaned.Muirium wrote:Interesting! Any Germans up for a spot of proxy? […]
If nobody else wants it, I take it.kint wrote:sure can. You're aware these have low profile ALPS switches which are rather disliked?
Some finds:
just 6 hours remaining, ships from Austria. Perkin-Elmer with Hi-tek Linear switches. Still noone has bid on it, but shipping to Germany alone is 15€.
