Hi there!
I'm not a keyboard addict like most of you, I'm using it just for my ham radio activity, but I like to collect keyboards, if I like a specific keyboard I grab it and sometimes I like to switch keyboards on my radio shack.
Today I bought to local swapmeet, two brand new and sealed keyboards, Lenovo preferred pro full-size ps/2 keyboard!

Try to guess their price!!!!

BTW what do you think about it? I'll try they on afternoon, but sensaction on fingers is good, good spacing beetwen keys, large characters and soft touch, it's not a mechanical keyboards, but I like it.
Moreover they has a PS/2 with a tough cable, I think that is shielded.
Bye!!!

Some think these are gold and set them on sale at $50 used. We had some at my old school and I didn't think they were any different from most other rubber dome keyboards. Personally I would just go look at my local recycling station if I wanted one, a few months ago I found 40+ there, mind not NIB, but still, they looked okay.

Yep, I think that is a rubber dome keyboard, these were unused, brand new and sealed in a box!

I know these! They came along IBM PCs with Redhat Linux, replacing the HP Apollo workstations and Alps keyboards.

They are among the worst rubberdomes ever!

ps: Things where even worse: As they had German layout, I had a hard time to enter my password on these.

Interesting to read on these workstations and to see the earlier ones were portrait mode

and I didn't realize some of the (later ?) workstations in this line had Alps keyboards ?

I use one like that at work and like it very much. Mine has IBM logo. IMHO it's much better than any rubber dome HP or Dell keyboard.
