You can't. It is one of those hybrids that enthusiasts have made themselves. It is made by combining the slider from a MX Clear with a spring from a Blue, Red or Brown switch.
However, Cherry has stated that they would produce it ... if they got an order for at least 750'000 switches, but no customer has done so.
Personally, I prefer the Cherry MX Clear in unmodified state. It did take me a while to get used to, but then I loved it.
